Steamboat Springs Real Estate Market - 2011

I have great news to report  on the Steamboat Springs Real Estate market. According to our MLS, in 2010 our number of residential full ownership sold units went up 20%! There were 431 sold units averaging $634,000 with an average finished  price per square foot (fppsf) of $250.00. 2009 was our worst year in the last 5 years with only 341 residential units selling. Already in January of 2011 our sold units increased from  January 2010 by 15%! Call me if you would like a professional analysis of your home value.
